I enjoyed being on the eye-POPPING program and wish I had signed up for the longer version. The food was a lot to prepare in the beginning but once I got in the rhythm and started cooking several amounts at a time, it became easier. I didn’t miss red meat at all and loved the ground turkey, peanut butter and hummus. I wasn’t hungry and therefore I could focus more easily at work and was more productive. My clothes fit better and I no longer have my stomach hanging over my thighs when I sit down. But the most significant improvement me for me was my mood levels. I cry easily and become frustrated when I am dealing with my 17 year old daughter with autism. Her communication is very limited so when she is having a bad day, we all suffer. I found while I was on Meryl’s program, I was able to cope and handle her moods better. I can’t explain why, I just noticed I was calmer and less anxious and less tearful. This made my  home life very enjoyable. So while it took longer to prepare lunches, it was worth the extra effort.
When I began this program, I had lost 35 lbs on a weight loss program but the weight was starting to creep back on. I needed a jump start or I was could see me starting to gain it all back. I didn’t think I needed help with exercising but I was wrong. All the time I had spent in the gym didn’t have the same effect as the 6 weeks that I was doing Meryl’s work-outs. The work-outs were just what I needed to give me a boost and I looked forward to going to the gym so I could do them. I started noticing subtle differences like more definition in my arms, and abs area. I am still not where I would like to be but feel I have the tools to continue on. (S.C., age 52)

Golf testimonials.

In February of 2010 I had the TPI assessment completed by Meryl and began a specific workout program for my off-season. When I was reevaluated in late April, my fitness handicap had dropped significantly. I maintained an in-season workout, and found on the range and the course I was hitting the ball further, with more power & accuracy then last year. My TPI assessment with Meryl made me realize what limitations I have and how they affect my swing.
